Are you a detail‑oriented finance professional willing to play a pivotal role in shaping how our organization plans, reports, and makes data‑driven decisions?
You’ll be the backbone of our Financial Planning & Reporting Platform (Adaptive), ensuring its seamless operation, continuous improvement, and widespread adoption across Finance, HR, IT, and business users. Enhancement & Integration : Collaborate with FP&R leadership to build/update reports, dashboards, and integrations (e.g., with Hubdrive/HRIS).
Vendor Liaison : Serve as primary contact with Adaptive Planning and translate user needs into feature requests, manage SLAs, and coordinate testing.
User Enablement : Deliver hands‑on support, create training materials, and drive change adoption during system updates.
Continuous Improvement : Gather user feedback quarterly, identify optimization opportunities, and prioritize enhancements in workflows, automation, security, and controls.
Qualifications
Recognised or working towards an accounting/finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or similar)
At least 5 years of experience in grant financial management — ideally in the not‑for‑profit sector is an asset
Strong skills in budgeting, financial monitoring, and donor reporting
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Jet Analytics, Jet Reports, or Business Central
Professional fluency in English
Ideal Candidate Qualities
A collaborative team player who thrives in cross‑regional, remote environments
Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
A clear communicator — able to explain complex financial concepts to non‑financial colleagues
Detail‑oriented, solution‑driven, and committed to continuous improvement
HD promotes equal opportunities in employment.
