This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Clerk located in Downtown Las Vegas. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for keeping up with day-to-day sales, keeping financial records updates, preparing report and reconciling bank statements.**Duties & Responsibilities:*** Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.* Assist with payroll processing, including weekly tip reconciliation and payroll entries.* Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance and prepare payments.* Process accounts receivable by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and reconciling payments.* Participate in month end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computations.* Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.* Assist with other accounting projects as needed.**Ideal Candidate:*** Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset as this provides a challenging, fast-paced environment that encourages people to think on their feet to problem solve quickly.* Experience reconciling bank statements.* Experience checking AP vendor statements.* Experience entering journal entries.* Proficient skills, particularly in excel and accounting software such as Netsuite, Restaurant365, Craftable, and Shift4* Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a problem-solving attitude.**This role is Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm.**
