Key Responsibilities
Works safely and effectively in a team environment
Demonstrates proper housekeeping and keeps a clean work space
Continuously improves processes and procedures in work area
Must be able to climb ladders to elevated work areas and to work in enclosed areas
Actively trains new team members, and attends meetings and trainings as needed
Operates a variety of different hand tools. Some examples include but not limited to: shovel, broom, air hose, various types of brushes, and etc.
Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least 6 months of professional work experience is preferred
Willing and able to work a flexible or rotating schedule
Experience using a computer for record keeping and documentation
Able to work in extreme heat/cold, navigate catwalks and ladders
Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position including; climbing stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping and bending
Ability to communicate effectively and constructively
Comprehension of complex work instructions and documentation
Ability to read, understand, and calculate basic mathematical equations
Must be team oriented and willing and able to learn new jobs and skills
