Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full‑time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Indianapolis, IN service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What You'll Do:
Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
Source parts from suppliers nationwide
Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, & educating customers
Assemble hoses for walk‑in customers
Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
1+ year customer service, inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience required; hydraulic experience preferred
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software
Attention to detail, time management, organization, & communication
Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)
