Shift Schedule
2nd Shift:
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday‑Friday
Pay
Pay Rate:
$16.94 hour + 10% shift differential = $18.63 hour
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including packaging, unpackaging, putting away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping, and preparing units for production.
Open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
Walk the length of the flow rack.
Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle‑free.
Assist with labeling, tagging, or color‑coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.
Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Follow warehouse safety regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned based on the business the warehouse supports.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic computer ability.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (e.g., testing and repair), or forward logistics operation.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
Clerical skills.
Time‑management skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Warehouse environment.
Stand dynamically for long periods.
Use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
Reach up and out with hands and arms.
Occasionally required to climb stairs or ladders.
