## DescriptionSpectrum Marketing Companies is seeking a full-time **2nd shift Digital Press Operator**.
A digital press operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. **Here’s What the Success Candidate Will Be Doing** (Job Responsibilities):* Operate digital printing presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications and client requirements.* Prepare printing materials, such as paper, ink, and other supplies, for the printing process.* Monitor and ensure the quality of printed materials, checking for any defects or errors during the printing process.* Perform regular maintenance on digital printing equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.* Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during the printing process, such as paper jams or equipment malfunctions.* Set up the printing press for each job, including adjusting settings, calibrating colors, and loading digital files for printing.* Maintain accurate records of printing jobs, including job details, quantities produced, and any issues encountered during the printing process.* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.**A Successful Candidate Will Have These Skills and Qualifications:*** Proficiency in operating and maintaining digital printing equipment, including an understanding of printing processes and technologies.* Keen attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the printing process.* Ability to manage multiple printing jobs simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other printing professionals, such as graphic designers and print finishers.* Flexibility to work flexible hours especially during peak production periods.**Physical Requirements Include:*** Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time* Ability to distinguish among colors and shades* Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere* Fine motor skills for manipulation of production order forms, raw materials, product and operation of machinery* Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced production environment.We offer competitive wages and a full suite of benefits including health insurance and 401K Plan
