PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Deliver product and execute all promotions
Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
Merchandise all accounts to local standards
Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
21 years or older
Pass the DOT drug test and DOT Physical
Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)
Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL license (e.g., basic driving functions)
Adhering to all DOT regulations (e.g., reading documentation and maintaining medical cards)
Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating stock, cleaning shelves, and eliminating out-of-stocks)
Using equipment to aid in hauling loads (e.g., pallet jacks, dock plates, load bars and straps)
Operating equipment (pallet jacks, lift gates on trailers, hand trucks, etc.)
Documenting DOT regulations (e.g., maintaining current documentation such as medical cards)
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Because the material duties involve regular field work away from a physical location, a conditional offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment under applicable laws. The company will verify education, employment history, and motor vehicle or driving history where applicable.
