Workstream is looking for an Assistant Manager in Belvidere, Illinois. The AM will lead operations, support the Restaurant General Manager in daily tasks, and manage a team of 20-45 employees. Responsibilities include ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction, managing guest service, and development of staff.
