Responsibilities
SAP Finance (FI)
Support the configuration and implementation of SAP financial solutions as part of a delivery team.
Assist with system setup, testing, and solution activities while learning how SAP FI supports core business processes.
Build foundational SAP and business knowledge through hands‑on project work, collaboration with teammates, and guidance from experienced practitioners.
SAP S/4HANA SCM (MM)
Support procurement, materials management, and inventory management processes as part of a delivery team.
Assist with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and integration activities while learning how SAP MM supports end‑to‑end supply‑chain operations.
Build foundational SAP and business process knowledge through hands‑on project work, collaboration with teammates, and guidance from experienced practitioners.
SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP SD solutions as part of a delivery team.
Assist with requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and issue resolution while learning how SAP SD supports order management, pricing, and fulfillment processes.
Develop foundational SAP and business process knowledge through hands‑on project work, collaboration with teammates, and guidance from experienced practitioners.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Economics, or a related field.
Candidates with other degrees will be considered if they demonstrate equivalent technical skills.
Required technical and professional expertise
Document and analyze business processes and requirements.
Support configuration of ERP systems based on business needs.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using structured, logical thinking.
Assist with data validation, reporting, and system testing.
Help troubleshoot system or process issues in production environments.
Support training and onboarding of end users.
Work closely with functional leads and project teams.
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
Translate business or functional requirements into system configurations and solutions, with guidance from senior team members.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to support collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Experience working on system implementations or configuration projects.
Exposure to packaged applications such as ERP, HCM, CRM, or similar systems: SAP (S/4HANA, SD, MM, FI), Workday, Oracle, ServiceNow.
Understanding of supply‑chain operations (procurement, inventory, logistics), and business administration.
Internship or coursework related to business operations or systems.
Experience with Excel, reporting, or data analysis.
Familiarity with data migration concepts or integration workflows.
Experience working in Agile or structured project delivery environments.
Experience collaborating with others on team‑based projects.
