Production Test Technician
Key Responsibilities
Support Test and Product Engineers in instrumentation, providing data, setup and logging events.
Perform calibration, testing, troubleshooting of circuits, instruments and ability to think for corrective maintenance.
Perform product evaluation and troubleshoot to solve issues.
Toprepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
Document and report issues observed during testing or inspections.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
To complete projects, train, mentor and guide junior technicians.
Participate in creation of documentation such as work instructions or modify existing ones and material lists.
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience supporting Operations and Engineers.
Familiar with operating Radio frequency test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, ability to instruct others on proper calibration techniques, etc.
Experienced in working in manual and automated test equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot product issues and test results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office tools (Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work long hours (if needed).
Due to ITAR regulations, only candidates who are U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, or individuals granted asylum or refugee status) will be considered for this position.
The Salary Range for this position is $42,900 – $69,300. Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
This position is eligible to receive cash bonuses, solely at MACOM’s discretion, subject to individual and company performance.
