Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Longview, Texas. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in the preparation and review of legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing case files, electronic filing, and coordinating communications with clients and external parties. The role also involves managing deadlines and supporting various administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations within the legal team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in law and legal document preparation
Experience with litigation files and trial work
Strong research and document review skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred, but not required
Certification from a recognized paralegal program is advantageous
