
Service Technician IV

The Service Technician IV uses practical knowledge to complete moderately complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Helps train or mentor less experienced employees, and works under general direction.
Manage tool calibration and readiness.
Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
Train S1–S3 staff on staging and documentation standards.
Audit inventory and update logs.
Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
Support technicians during complex repairs.
Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas.
Minimum Experience: 8+ years
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
