We are looking for a Part‑Time Maintenance Technician for our France 98 location, a 120‑unit community in Bloomington, MN. This role involves aiding all general maintenance of the apartment community, including routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
Part‑Time Schedule
Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑12 PM, with occasional on‑call rotation with additional pay.

Responsibilities
Complete work orders and other community maintenance
Ensure community appearance at or above quality standards, including picking up trash, cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis
Identify needed maintenance and liability hazards and report them to the manager
Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in
Review the make‑ready board and follow the manager’s direction for action on vacant apartments
Make all repairs and replacements necessary for apartments to be occupied
Work odd schedules and be on call
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of general maintenance experience
EPA universal license for HVAC preferred
CPO license preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
HVAC certification preferred; ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and major appliances including washer and dryer
High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred; college‑level/trade school preferred
Basic computer proficiency preferred
Bilingual a plus
Physical Demands
Exposure to constant activity requiring intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting and carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.
