Regional dedicated Dry Van with hand unload. Home weekly for a 34‑hour reset. 0-59, 60-71, 72-83, and 84+ months pay scale based on verified experience. $30 per backhaul. 325 unload pay per load. 1100 miles per week on average for many drivers. No SAP drivers. Hair follicle drug screening. Clean CDL with no incidents or accidents within the past year.
Responsibilities
Hand unload freight at store locations, box by box, using rollers (physical labor).
Back into tight areas/small lots and backhaul handling as assigned.
Deliveries typically start early in the morning with 10-hour breaks and run Mon–Fri (delivery pickups on Sunday).
Live unloads at stores; 3–5 stops per unload; routes within IN/MI/IL/OH within 500 miles of the IN distribution center.
Ride-along training provided by experienced Driver Leadership Team members; orientation and pay for training.
Qualifications
3 months Class A 53 ft tractor trailer/flatbed experience within the past 3 years (not counting school).
Must possess customer relation/customer service skills.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Must be skilled at backing into tight areas/small lots.
Hair follicle drug screening and no incidents or accidents within the past year.
Clean CDL; no SAP drivers.
Compensation and Schedule
Weekly pay: approximately $1,850 (average). Pay scales by tenure: 0–59 months $0.80/mile, 60–71 months $0.82/mile, 72–83 months $0.84/mile, 84+ months $0.86/mile.
Additional pay: $30 per backhaul; $325 per unload per stop; home weekly with a 34‑hour reset; 1100 miles per week typical for many drivers.
Other information
International, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks may be assigned. 24/7 support from tenured staff and driver leadership. Ride-along training available (one week, minimum of 3 loads at a rate of $150 per day).
