A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair any system of the automobile.
Lead the shop and support the development of other technicians.
Interface with customers in various capacities.
Change oil, replace tires, and replace batteries.
Perform minor service work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Potential to be further trained leading to a rewarding career as a Certified Technician.
