Overview
It is the responsibility of the Room Attendant to clean and sanitize guest rooms in their assigned area to ensure the rooms are ready for guest arrival.
Responsibilities
Quickly and efficiently cleans guest rooms and bathrooms to meet standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance
Performs tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, changing bed linens, and any other cleaning procedures necessary
Provides a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety
Checks rooms and notes repair needs prior to releasing room for future occupancy (doesn’t release deficient rooms)
Qualifications
Professional appearance and demeanor
Effective communication skills
Prior experience as a Room Attendant
