Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Responsible for daily administration and operation of the warehouse, overseeing receipt, storage, shipment, and reporting of materials. Direct and supervise warehouse staff, improve operating procedures, maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection. Ensure accuracy of inventory and compliance with procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Administer daily operations including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment.

Maintain overtime within the budgeted allotment.

Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and document reporting.

Account for all materials and supplies, auditing goods received into the warehouse.

Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.

Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.

Lead day‑to‑day employee activities, assign and monitor tasks, review progress and accuracy, provide technical guidance on complex issues, and give input on hiring, firing, and performance reviews.

Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse‑related issues.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.

Required Experience

At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.

At least 3 years of warehouse experience (basic skill level).

Salary Range
$67,000.00 – $101,000.00 annually (actual salary varies by location, education, experience, skills, and abilities). Position eligible for bonuses and/or incentives.
