
Talent Management Specialist

The Talent Management Specialist position designs, develops, delivers, and administers performance and development programs for individual contributors and people leaders to drive a high-performance culture. It incorporates best practices into program design and delivery while aligning with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Assess learning and development needs using HR data and stakeholder input.
Design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions using internal and external content.
Create and curate talent management resources, including toolkits, job aids, and digital training materials.
Facilitate high-impact virtual and in-person learning experiences for individual contributors and people leaders globally.
Support the corporate performance management process, including goal setting, check-ins, calibrations, and performance reviews.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using metrics and feedback; recommend continuous improvements.
Partner with HR, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to align learning solutions with business priorities.
Stay current on talent management trends and apply best practices to program design.
Collaborate with HR technology team to set up, assign, and administer learning activities in HRIS, LMS, or vendor platforms.
Maintain talent management records, documentation, and communications.
Perform related duties supporting organizational development.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a learning and development, corporate training, performance management, or organizational development role
Experience designing, facilitating, and supporting talent programs such as performance management, talent development, mentoring, and succession planning
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks
Equivalent combination of education and related experience will be considered
Experience supporting company-wide performance and development programs, ideally in a global, complex organization, is preferred
Experience with third-party learning platforms is preferred
