The Onboarding Program Manager reports to the Director of Care & Development within NAM Customer Service and will work full time in the Cary, NC Office. This role drives the onboarding experience, ensuring new employees successfully integrate into the culture of Siemens Healthineers and are positioned for long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

Drive pre‑onboarding and on-boarding checklists to ensure consistent, tactical, and high‑quality new‑hire experience.

Lead onboarding program for new hires in person at the beginning of each pay period.

Coordinate all onboarding logistics, including meeting space selection, transportation for new hires, hotel accommodations, and alignment with local site resources.

Drive onboarding and training operational readiness through integrated scheduling, demand forecasting, and resource planning.

Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure onboarding effectiveness, utilization, and business impact.

Serve as a trusted advisor and cross‑functional partner, proactively managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment across customer services.

Champion a culture of employee engagement, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement across all onboarding and training initiatives.

Education / Knowledge / Experience

Associate’s degree or higher

Fluency in English

10 years of experience in facilitating training and has acted in an administrative role

Proven track record in attention to detail work or projects

Strong leadership, listening, verbal and written communication skills

Strong cross‑functional collaboration with field, operations, and leadership teams

Confident facilitation of non-technical discussions and hands‑on training sessions

Understanding of field service, customer operations, and real‑world application

Scheduling, forecasting, and resource planning for training delivery

Must be able to creatively problem solve

Competent in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Loop, Monday.com

Base Pay Range For This Position

is $107,060 - $147,213. Factors which may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
