What You'll Do
Define and architect next‑generation innovation, focusing on agentic platforms for Kroger's enterprise agent ecosystem.
Design and govern architectures for agent‑based integrations, agent registries, scoring/evaluation infrastructure, grounding patterns, and multi‑agent orchestration platforms.
Provide deep technical leadership across engineering, product, data science, security, and cloud teams to ensure safe, consistent, and reliable agent operations.
Use cloud and distributed systems architecture to achieve scalability, reliability, observability, and performance.
Develop, prototype, and deliver AI‑driven proofs of concept and demo‑ready products with GenAI, agentic workflows, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, and multi‑agent systems.
Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures for AI agents.
Partner with cloud and platform engineering teams on containerization, API‑driven infrastructure, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure & GCP).
Ensure security, compliance, risk, and Responsible AI considerations for enterprise agent systems.
Drive innovation in multi‑agent systems, LLM workflows, and AI orchestration technologies.
