E-Logic is hiring a
Records Management Specialist (Mid-Level)
to support the National Indian Gaming Commission, FOIA processing, and records lifecycle management. This role ensures compliance with federal regulations and supports data integrity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage FOIA and Privacy Act requests
and workflows
Maintain and organize records in compliance with federal policies
Support
records lifecycle management and reporting
Manage content and permissions in
SharePoint
Perform tasks within
Salesforce CRM systems
Develop reports using PowerShell and other tools
Assist in developing
information governance policies
Maintain indexes, documentation, and audit-ready records
Ensure accuracy and quality of all documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of records management or FOIA experience (Mid-level)
FOIA and Privacy Act regulations
Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
Records management best practices
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with federal information governance frameworks
