Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, disposition, and reassemble commercial pumping devices and customer field returns using approved technical manuals.
Execute all tasks according to FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved procedures while maintaining current knowledge of all requirements.
Prepare concise documentation packages for every repaired unit and ensure all training is properly logged for FAA record keeping.
Communicate effectively with internal departments, management, and external auditors to guarantee the efficient processing of repairs.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and assist with additional duties like shipping, receiving, final testing, and non‑destructive testing.
