Simon-Kucher is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a full life cycle recruiter, responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance. The Recruiter will play an instrumental role in developing relationships across all levels of the organization and collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient and high-quality candidate selection experience. Reporting to the Team Lead, Experienced Hiring, this role will primarily focus on attracting and hiring experienced talent to support the firm’s continued growth.

How you will create an impact:

Partner with internal stakeholders to develop the talent acquisition strategy for Experienced hiring which includes job posting optimization, recruitment marketing, and comprehensive sourcing strategies.

Propose and implement various controls to ensure compliance with relevant federal agencies (EEOC, OFCCP, DOL, etc.) and obligations under federal, state, and local laws.

Serve as owner and expert of all recruitment processes, technology, and practices.

Own and drive the full‑life cycle recruitment process from sourcing using social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates; and pre‑screening, reviewing resumes, assessing applications, and managing interviews. Manage the development of proactive pipelines for key talent segments, especially mission‑critical roles supporting both the Healthcare & Life Sciences and Americas divisions.

Collaborate with HR Operations to support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience.

Manage or take part in assigned special projects, such as enhancing and updating recruitment materials, processes, or technology to support Talent Acquisition goals.

About you:

Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a consulting environment or professional services, with a focus on experienced hiring.

Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and workforce planning initiatives.

Strong focus on delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences, ensuring consistent communication and brand alignment throughout the hiring process.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and candidates at all levels.

Exceptionalsourcing expertise with advanced ability to identify and engage top talent using ATS platforms, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, user groups, industry-specific networks, advanced Boolean searches, blogs, and Job boards.

A bachelor’s degree is required.

The hourly range for this position is $40-$48/hr. Hourly rate will vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs.

This role will be hybrid (1-2 days a week on-site) based in our Atlanta office.
