Product Marketing Manager
Pano AI, Inc., San Francisco, CA, United States
Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Pano AI brings its products to market and communicates value to customers. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing—crafting positioning, enabling go-to-market execution, and ensuring our solutions resonate with fire agencies and enterprise customers. This role is critical to accelerating growth as we expand into new geographies and customer segments. You’ll translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue.
What you’ll do
Own product positioning and messaging for Pano AI’s platform, ensuring clear differentiation in the wildfire detection and intelligence market
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, features, and expansions
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on customer insights and priorities
Develop high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, ROI tools)
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and messaging
Drive content strategy across website, campaigns, and field marketing to support pipeline generation
Support pricing, packaging, and product adoption initiatives
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, utilities, public sector, climate tech, or enterprise software
Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions
Proven experience launching products and driving go-to-market strategies
Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to inform decisions
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Benefits
Final compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options. Our benefits package also includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401(k) plan, and flexible paid time off.
