Overview
The Front Desk Representative (FDR) serves as the first point of contact for potential students, playing a key role in representing the campus's professionalism and credibility.
Responsibilities
Respond to initial inquiries and screen calls from prospective students, clinical sites, partners, vendors, employees, and active students.
Answer basic questions regarding program requirements.
Screen initial applicants to ensure they understand the program requirements.
Enter applicant information into the GE system.
Manage and nurture leads who are not initially ready to enroll by placing them in the lead pipeline for “parallel path” activities, including invitations to future events, seminars, and educational newsletters.
Record any promises or commitments related to information requests in the GE’s “to do list” and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and credible demeanor.
Ability to effectively screen and direct inquiries.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
This role is essential to maintaining a positive and professional image for the campus and helping guide prospective students through the enrollment process.
Salary: $19 - $21 an hour.
