
Receptionist

We are seeking a front-desk Receptionist for our client located in Dauphin County. The contract is 12‑14 weeks. The hours are full‑time, Monday through Friday, and the position is on‑site.
Pay is $18 – $20 per hour, depending on experience. The shift is first, with work hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Responsibilities
Answers phone calls and assists with various questions
Projects a pleasant, courteous, and professional image throughout the workplace as a team player
Oversees the reception/front desk area, greeting guests for meetings, processing mail, and assisting with office supply inventory
Assists with data collection, review, and report creation in support of the Marketing Department, including Business Development, Route Development, and Property Management initiatives
Assists with enrollment, fulfillment, and evaluation of programs
Assists in the development and maintenance of forecasting and market research reporting
Provides administrative support to Marketing department staff
Performs any other duty or assignment as delegated by the proper authority
Compiles and sends out monthly employee newsletter
Assists with social media response/follow‑up and campaign reporting
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and two years of related work experience in customer service and administrative services
Valid PA driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a 10‑year background and criminal investigation
