National Craft Trainer: Concrete & Trade Mentorship

Walsh Group is seeking a Divisional Craft Trainer - Concrete based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves assisting the Director of Craft Training and supporting career development for craft professionals. Responsibilities include delivering training, mentoring, and aiding in training content development, along with regular travel. Candidates should have journey-level competency in one or more trades and experience mentoring craft professionals. An NCCER Craft Instructor certification is preferred but can be obtained post-hire. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
