Expected Salary Range
$162,000 to $180,000, varying with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position
Responsible for execution of Reactor Services to support safe, reliable, and efficient outage and online activities consistent with Constellation Corporate and clean energy center goals. Implements standardization of outage and online processes and procedures across assigned Constellation Nuclear clean energy centers. Reinforces standards and expectations for Outage Services personnel and other personnel who interface with Outage Services to establish an error‑free and professional work environment.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

Perform development of detailed plans, identification and assignment of personnel, and development of detailed work scope.

Develop scope schedule and budget with the life‑cycle cost management system.

Apply expert knowledge in execution of refueling outage services at assigned clean energy center. Provide primary communication with client site management and major vendor service organization.

Direct project completion and close out of financial and technical documentation. Provide fiscal data and promote fiscal accountability among all project participants.

Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and promoting these improvement initiatives among all project participants at clean energy center.

Responsible to effectively communicate technical, financial, and work progress status to all levels of corporate and clean energy center management.

Reinforce appropriate fundamental behaviors in area of assigned responsibility. Includes administering coaching, mentoring, and performance management for employees.

All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: positions outside of department in support of outage activities, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g., chemistry, construction, computer science, mathematics, or physics) with 8 years of related experience.

Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience.

Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of related experience.

High school diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.

Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Prior Dry Cask Storage or Reactor Services experience.

MBA or financial budget experience.

Senior Reactor Operator License or cert.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as needed.

Experience in mechanical work or maintenance.

Supervisory or managerial experience.
