Job Description
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Swim Group Fitness Instructors to lead innovative and engaging lap swimming-based classes. This role requires a strong background in swim group fitness instruction, a commitment to safety, and the ability to create inclusive and motivating classes for members of all fitness levels.
Availability includes multiple dayparts during the week
Teaches a minimum of two weekly classes
Lead safe, effective, and high-energy lap swim classes
Provide modifications and progressions as needed
Engage with members before and after class to build community
Ensure a safe environment through proper supervision and use of equipment
Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager to maintain programming excellence
Qualifications
Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, AFAA, or equivalent)
Aqua-specific certification (AEA, SCW, Masters, USAT or equivalent) preferred
CPR/AED certification (required or willing to obtain)
Previous experience teaching aqua or water fitness classes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Pay Transparency – $65–$75 per class
