Tom Wood Porsche in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a part-time Valet to join our team. The Valet is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership for service appointments. This role ensures a convenient, safe, and positive experience for customers while supporting the efficiency of the service department.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up customer vehicles from homes, workplaces, or other designated locations
Deliver serviced vehicles back to customers in a timely and professional manner
Perform vehicle inspections before and after transport (document condition, mileage, fuel level, etc.)
Maintain clear communication with service advisors and customers regarding timing and updates
Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and driven responsibly
Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies
Assist with basic service department tasks when not driving (e.g., moving vehicles, organizing lot)
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle status
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Qualifications
Required- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic familiarity with vehicle operations and safety procedures
