Calyx Living is actively seeking energetic
Dishwashers
for our assisted living community. We are located in beautiful North Durham off the Eno River and just minutes from Duke University, the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and the American Tobacco Campus in downtown Durham's vibrant entertainment district.
Responsibilities
Calyx is looking to hire
Dishwashers
to wash dishes and help prepare food items needed for the meal service while following the established menu, standardized recipes, portion control guides and food production time schedules. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to washing dishes, food handling, preparing the kitchen for peak service times, and making sure cooks have adequate supplies during peak service.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Previous Prep experience preferred
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during rush hours
Ability to set goals and achieve them
1 to 2 years experience in food handling strongly preferred
