Position Summary
The Director of First Impressions is the face and voice of the dealership, responsible for creating an exceptional and welcoming experience for every guest. This role sets the tone for the entire customer journey by delivering concierge-level service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality

Greet every guest promptly with a warm, professional demeanor

Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere in the showroom

Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort while waiting

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby at all times

Escort guests to the appropriate department or team member

Phone & Communication Management

Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally

Direct calls efficiently to the correct department or individual

Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up

Assist with basic customer inquiries and provide dealership information

Administrative Support

Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

Support sales and service teams with light administrative duties

Monitor showroom activity and ensure guests are attended to promptly

Qualifications

Previous customer service, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Retail schedule, including evenings and Saturdays as needed
