Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms in assigned shift.
Communicate with guests and team regarding room preferences and needs.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
Assist with laundry, housekeeping inventory, and room preparation.
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance to resolve guest requests.
Qualifications
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
