Part-Time Activities Assistant (weekends only)

social connection, cognitive stimulation, physical activity, and emotional well-being .
We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic team member who enjoys working with older adults, especially in a
memory care
or
senior living

Responsibilities
Assist with planning and leading daily activities for residents
Support games, crafts, music, events, and wellness programs
Encourage resident participation and engagement
Adapt activities for seniors with memory loss or cognitive impairment
Set up and clean up activity spaces and supplies
Work closely with staff to create meaningful resident experiences
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with seniors preferred, especially in
memory care, assisted living, or senior living
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, patient, and compassionate approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active throughout the day
Ability to work weekends
