Corgan is actively recruiting an

Endpoint/Systems Administrator

to join the firm as part of our Information Technology team. This is an in-office position where you will work alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

Provide timely technology support to the firm’s employees.

Execute configuration and maintenance of endpoint management systems and MDM solutions for a wide range of devices, including Windows, MacOS, and iOS

Independently manage and execute end-point projects from conception to completion, including planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and successful delivery

Oversee the setup, maintenance, and real-time troubleshooting of audio-visual equipment in conference rooms, including MTRs, ResourceXpress, Shure, and Crestron devices

Develop and maintain standardized configurations and automated deployment processes for endpoints. You will work closely with the entire core technology team to ensure standards, detect configuration drift, and remediate vulnerabilities. Your role will also involve analyzing current IT services and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and security

Work with key deployment technologies like SCCM/MCEM. You'll develop and manage solutions to streamline device provisioning and management at scale. You'll also package and configure software deployments, ensuring they align with our established designs and standards

Provide and receive technical guidance and mentorship to the rest of the IT team to influence their professional growth as well as yours.

Serve as an escalation point for hardware, software, and networking incidents

Create and maintain compliance profiles for all managed endpoints. You'll work closely with the entire core technology team to apply policies, manage enterprise-wide device encryption, and ensure systems meet all security requirements

Create and maintain detailed documentation for multiple configurations, processes, and support operations. You'll also generate reports to provide the team with visibility into device status and to support data-driven decisions

Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets. You will also create and maintain documentation for all processes, procedures, repairs, and changes within ServiceNow to ensure current and usable knowledge transfer

Coordinate training and orientation for new and existing employees to help them become familiar with equipment and networks

Participate in an on-call rotation, after-hours maintenance, and incident response to ensure continuous network and systems availability

Occasional travel to other company offices will be required for specific project or operational needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or equivalent training or work experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in end‑user computing or help desk environment

Outstanding Customer Service skills and resourcefulness

Proven experience in endpoint management technologies such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MCEM, and JAMF

Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting Windows/Mac operating systems

Experience managing, developing, and implementing enterprise endpoint management policies and compliance activities

Significant experience in configuring with Microsoft Services (e.g., Exchange, Entra, Teams, SharePoint), server administration (e.g., AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, DFS)

Patch & Vulnerability Management software is highly preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business and technical personnel

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills

Strong time management and project management skills

Physical Requirements

Work at a computer for extended periods.

Move between standing, sitting, walking, talking, and hearing throughout the day.

Lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel to other offices as needed

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually – New York & Los Angeles location only

The estimate range represents the general base salary range of candidates hired in New York and Los Angeles only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. In addition, base salary is not inclusive of total compensation.
