The part-time I/T Analyst will support the technology needs of the property in the following ways:
Support, monitor, and maintain the property's Local Area Network (LAN) to ensure reliable connectivity for guest services, events, and internal operations.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and support of server-based systems and applications that enable front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, and administrative functions.
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and technology migrations with minimal disruption to guest experiences and business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve network, software, hardware, and audio‑visual (AV) issues in a timely, service‑oriented manner, escalating issues as appropriate.
Set up, configure, maintain, and break down AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, and group programs, ensuring systems are fully operational prior to events.
Partner with hotel leadership, event staff, internal departments, and external vendors to deliver seamless technology support for guests, groups, and property operations.
Conduct regular walkthroughs of guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and event venues to proactively identify and resolve technology or connectivity issues.
Provide courteous, professional technical support that aligns with hospitality service standards and enhances the overall guest experience.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and system changes in accordance with IT and property procedures.

Qualifications
Experience with hospitality systems (PMS, POS), networking, or AV equipment is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction.
Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on‑call may be required.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Education / Experience
2 years of related IT experience.
