What you’ll do
Represent clients in all phases of civil trial work, including discovery and trial.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, discovery, pleadings, motions and other legal matters.
Appear in court and take and defend depositions.
Assist with trial preparations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar.
2+ years of civil litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Detail‑oriented with great organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with legal software tools for research and document management.
