Responsibilities
Performs secretarial and administrative duties to support the VP & General Counsel, VP Enterprise Risk Management, and the Legal/Risk Management team. May also be assigned substantive tasks within the Legal/Risk Management function commensurate with the incumbent’s skills and experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience: At least five (5) years as the principal administrative support to a manager, director, or senior executive, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Required Certification/Registration: Paralegal training preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Work is primarily sedentary with intermittent standing and walking. No heavy lifting.

Mental Demands: Must be able to triage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in an often highly stressful environment while maintaining composure and professionalism at all times; and represent the collaborative and supportive mission of the Legal/Risk Management team to the entire organization.

Working Conditions: Normal office; works in a clean, well‑lighted, heated or ventilated office. No routine exposure to hazards.

Salary Transparency
Salary range for the role is $62,361-$77,951. The range does not include bonuses or other forms of compensation.
