We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plaintiff PI Attorney to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to handle complex and challenging cases in the legal industry. The successful candidate will be a critical part of our team, representing clients in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters, including mass torts, auto accidents, toxic torts, class actions, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, complex class actions, and recalls. This role requires superior analytical skills, legal project management experience, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in a variety of plaintiff personal injury matters, including but not limited to, mass torts, auto accidents, toxic torts, class actions, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, complex class actions, and recalls.
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects.
Regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
Develop and implement litigation strategies.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Participate in trial and mediation proceedings as necessary.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in the State Bar.
5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law.
Experience with mass torts, auto accidents, toxic torts, class actions, pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, complex class actions, and recalls.
Proven experience managing a litigation caseload independently.
Demonstrated proficiency in legal project management.
Superior analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong knowledge of litigation process and procedures.
Proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients.
Ability to handle a high volume of cases.
Trial experience and mediation skills.
Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
High level of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
