Job Summary
TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, the nation's leader in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with offices in 20 states, is seeking applicants to deliver mail on a CDS mail route solicited and posted by the USPS in the Hobbs, NM area.
Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a valid New Mexico driver's license; able to lift 70 lbs, work in all weather conditions, and must reside in the area.
Responsibilities
Sorting mail in delivery sequence for 419 active boxes
Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into delivery vehicle
Delivering mail along an assigned 55.5‑mile line‑of‑travel
Dismounting as required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items
Other administrative duties as required
Vehicle and Insurance Requirements
Applicant must furnish vehicle that meets postal regulations and postal driving requirements
One dependable vehicle (Mini‑Van or equivalent) with at least 120 cubic feet of usable load space for mail and parcels
$100,000 / $500,000 / $100,000 or $600,000 (CSL) liability insurance for contract vehicle
Applicant is responsible for all vehicle maintenance, fuel and insurance cost
Vehicle reimbursement paid on top of hourly wage
Employment Details
Employment begins: May 11, 2026 – training may begin one week prior.
Hours: Day shift – Monday through Saturday. 8:20 am–2:27 pm* (end times vary as we work until all mail and parcels are delivered)
Pay: $27.29–$28.30** per hour PLUS vehicle reimbursement
*Start and end time may vary
**Straight time, Health & Welfare, Holiday and Vehicle Reimbursement paid out. Benefits paid as cash equivalency up to the maximum of 40 hours per week per the DoL Wage Determination under the Service Contract Act.
**Rate of Pay and cash equivalent benefits exceed the requirements set by the Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division.
