Bus Driver
As a
Bus Driver , you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.
Who You'll Interact With
Children
Parents
School Directors and Management
Teaching Staff
Minimum Requirements
Valid
driver's license
with a clean driving record
CDL with S&P Endorsemnt
Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible with hours and work schedule
Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
Must be at least
21 years of age
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff
