is seeking a proactive and seasoned

Field Training & Support Engineer

to serve as the technical cornerstone of our U.S. Customer Success organization working on-site in

Mclean, Virginia . You will be at the forefront of drone safety and security technology, working in a fast-paced environment where your leadership directly impacts national security and public safety.

Responsibilities

Serve as a field training expert for new and existing clients

Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to client needs

Provide level-one technical support by troubleshooting and resolving issues remotely

Support client onboarding and ensure successful adoption of hardware technology

Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Field Engineering, Technical Training, or Professional Services within a high‑tech hardware/software environment

Experience conducting hardware-based training in a professional or operational setting

Background in military training (weapons, radar, or similar systems) OR commercial/public safety training (law enforcement, taser, or security systems)

Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Familiarity with drone operation and flight principles

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience)
