**Job Responsibilities:**Ensure that all duties are performed safely with knowledge of safety policies. Recommends opportunities to improve safety and educate others. **Job Requirements:*** Proficient in blueprint reading and CAD* Able to transfer CAD geometry from solid models and create machine tool cutter paths.* Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration as neededAbility to lift and carry materials and parts up to 45 pounds (with assistance).Experience with fine blanking tooling Minimum of five years’ work experience in tool and die trade to include experience in fine blanking tooling, and operating various machines including grinders, milling machines, and lathes. Advanced Journeyman Tool & Die Maker or equivalent work experience. Requires technical knowledge as is normally acquired in accredited apprenticeship. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with other functions within the organization and external vendors.**Physical Requirements:**
