Receptionist / Front Desk Associate
Working in this position, you will be primarily responsible for answering the phone, greeting, and assisting walk-in customers. This position requires communicating with customers and staff members on a day-to-day basis. No two days are ever the same!
Although these are the primary responsibilities for this position, you will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

Pleasant and professional demeanor
Familiarity with standard computer software programs
Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
Required Skills
Answering and routing phone calls
Alerting customers when their order is ready for pickup
Greeting walk-in customers and assisting them with pick-up orders
Taking notes/project specifications from walk-in customers and routing to sales representatives
Responding to clients and staff members via phone and email
Processing online orders
Miscellaneous filing and organization
