To serve all guests drinks and personable with guests and employees. Clean and pick up glasses on the floor and bring them back to bar.
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages to our patrons.
Strong communication skills are required in this position.
Provide a clean and safe environment for our guests.
Up-hold the laws set forth by the California State Alcohol Beverage Control.
Abiding by the policies and procedures of the Trinidad Rancheria.
Report any dangerous or un-safe conditions to the Manager.
Treat guests and fellow employees courteously.
Display a cordial and respectful attitude toward patrons.
Personal hygiene while on property must be impeccable.
Perform housekeeping duties when required.
Be knowledgeable of all products or services provided by the Trinidad Rancheria.
Monitor the consumption of alcohol by the guest, and bearing in mind current state laws pertaining to age and consumption.
Ability to handle cash transactions.
Respond to guest needs quickly and efficiently.
Be flexible to schedule changes and work regular lounge hours of operation.
Must have a friendly attitude, but maintain control of all situations that may occur.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older.
Must have high school diploma or GED.
Must have knowledge of P.O.S. and computer skills.
Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
Must be able and willing to work various shifts including; weekends, late evenings, and holidays.
Must qualify for Tribal Gaming License and pass pre-employment drug screen.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Working environment consists of various levels of smoke, noise, light, heat, and cold.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, reach, and bend. Must be able to stand, walk for periods of six or more hours.
Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
Must be able to operate in physically and mentally stressful conditions.
Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer keyboard, micros touch screen and phone.
