Advanceable ABA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver one-to-one in‑home ABA therapy, helping children with autism build communication, play, and life skills.
Work Setting
This is a home‑based ABA therapy position. Services are delivered in the child’s home; you’ll work in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (BT)
Deliver 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with children with autism
Track progress through accurate session data and notes
Communicate with families and the clinical team to support success
Stay physically active during sessions – sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
Training & Certification Support
Paid onboarding training
40‑hour RBT course included
Mentorship and supervision every step of the way
Support for obtaining RBT certification if not already certified
What We’re Looking For
Passion for working with children and helping others grow
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
RBT certification is a plus; if not certified, we’ll support you toward certification
Schedule & Hours
Part‑time and full‑time BT positions available
Afternoon and after‑school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs
Pay & Perks
Hourly pay range: $20–$25/hour (experience based; higher pay available upon RBT certification)
