Who we are looking for
We are looking for health and wellness coaches to join our team. A focus in chronic pain recovery is preferred; however, all Lin coaches receive educational pain neuroscience training as well as practical coaching training.
Stellar Lin pain recovery coach
You are compassionate, driven, and a team-player.
You exude confidence, empathy, and knowledge when interacting with clients—and when it comes to people’s health and how their bodies feel, you are especially understanding and helpful.
You’re excited to work at a quickly growing startup! This means you’re unafraid of ambiguity and are excited by rapid change and learning.
You’re committed to continually deepening your knowledge of pain recovery science and techniques.
Responsibilities
Provide coaching for chronic pain recovery via the Lin Care Platform, chat, phone, and video calls.
Guide members through the Lin core program.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Lin members.
Attend weekly coaching pod meetings.
Coordinate clinical services if necessary.
Employ a biopsychosocial approach to chronic pain treatment.
Support members via video sessions and asynchronous chat.
You will report to one of our Lead Coaches and work one-on-one with members as well as in a multidisciplinary team environment.
We offer a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely. This is a part-time, contractor (1099) position. Lin coaches are expected to work approximately 12.5 hours per week with the option to go above that if you demonstrate high-quality care.
Compensation
Lin coaches earn $30-35/hour commensurate with relevant experience. As our organization evolves, we prioritize our current coaches when new or expanded roles become available. These opportunities may offer adjusted compensation, based on the scope and nature of the responsibilities involved.
Culture
Our team works hard and plays hard, and we care deeply about what we are building. We move fast, learn fast, and tackle some of the most challenging problems in healthcare by coming together as a team.
