Work in collaboration with the Warranty Administrator
Work closely with service advisors
Prepare service invoices for warranty review
Close claims in system
Process claims entry with manufacturer
Work in Microsoft Excel for claims tracking
Follow manufacturer processes for errors
Learn and follow manufacturer processes
File paperwork
Work cooperatively with other departments and internal teams
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Possess excellent listening and communication skills
Possess an outgoing and positive personality
Possess computer literacy skills
Possess strong math skills with the ability to handle financial transactions
Possess a professional appearance in keeping with Van Bortel Standards
Possess a punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Possess warranty claims experience, preferred
Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record with dependable transportation to work
