What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and delivering customized strength and conditioning programs for youth, collegiate athletes, teams, and adult clients with varying fitness levels.

Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of functional movement and performance testing to optimize results.

Mentoring athletes through their athletic journeys, from beginner to advanced levels, while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Collaborating with a passionate, supportive team to deliver world‑class training and achieve client success.

Continuously learning and growing as a coach, attending professional development opportunities and engaging in educational resources.

What We’re Looking For:

A CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the National Strength and Conditioning Association or currently studying for the exam.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.

Experience working with both youth and adult clients and an ability to adapt to the needs of diverse athletes and fitness levels.

Proficiency in conducting Functional Movement Screenings and performance testing.

A commitment to continuing education and openness to new methods and strategies in strength and conditioning.

A strong work ethic, dedication to growth as a professional, and a passion for coaching.

Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and at least one weekend day.

Job Details:

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Compensation: Commensurate with experience (Average range: $60K - $85K)

Expected Hours: No less than 30 hours per week. Part‑time hours available for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with evening shifts and 1 weekend day required.

Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay, performance bonuses.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required); Master’s Degree (Preferred)

Certifications: CSCS, USAW1, CFSC (a plus)

Industry: Wellness and Fitness Services

Experience: Proven experience in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Physiology, Coaching, Athletic Performance, and Injury Prevention.
