Schedule:
6 pm – 06:30 am | 36-48 hours weekly between Monday to Friday
Duration:
12 months with possible extension
Pay Rate:
$43/hr.
Work setting:
Skilled nursing or long-term care environment
Responsibilities
Administer medications in various forms (oral, enteral, parenteral, suppository) and perform treatments, including wound care, tracheostomy, gastrostomy, and catheter care.
Observe and report the effectiveness of medications and treatments.
Conduct nursing assessments for newly admitted residents and assist with care plan development, Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, and quarterly reviews.
Supervise and assist staff with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
Train and orient new employees as part of the onboarding process.
Qualifications
Experience working with Geriatric patients is required
Active LPN license in Arizona
1+ year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-term Care facility.
